If I said yes, would it make a difference? Its nice to have - If I don't have to get up and walk over to the clock, I honestly, don't want to.

That's why they made clocks in these little bands that go around your wrist. Or battery powered clocks that you can even move around at your own discretion!

/signed, but

*It shouldn't show the time from your time zone but some Universal Tyrian Time (UTT) - 1 time zone for all GW over the world, I don't care if it's GMT or PST or something else, I want 1 standardized time available. For international trades, all events (so you don't have to make sure every time if you have to add 8 or 9 hours to know when Emperor comes), parties, tournaments (the ATS should remain as they are now though, or be able to show both times), all kinds of arrangements between players, and many more...

*It should be possible to turn it's display on and off and it should be pretty small, the best option for me would be putting it in the same line

*or just add a /time command to show current standard gw time.

"Optional" being the operative term. Just because you won't benefit much from it, doesn't mean it couldn't hurt for the rest of us.

I have a clock on my desk, a wristwatch, and my mobile phone shows the time when it's idle which usually lays on my desk. I still wouldn't mind the option for an ingame clock. I wouldn't use it, but it's a minor convenience that wouldn't be much work to implement. I doubt they'd have to pull the GW2 graphic artists and gw:en quest writers in order to make a toggle'able clock.

I agree that adding it to the ping dot popup is best. It's the best place to check multiple tidbits of info at once.

It could be timed by the first login, and then by the consecutive 'you have been playing 1 hour' messages. Then the rest would be done by your PC clock.

Guild Wars is a addictive game...
Just add a box in the F11/Interface option.. so if you just */unsigned* you can just uncheck the clock option. Everyone will be happy

I've played other games where you could /time and it said something like "system time is 6:52", and that'd be fine.

Personally I play Guildwars on a very small desk suspended by cables from a black hawk helicopter, and since I have no wrists, there is no place for me to put a clock/watch. I would find this feature very helpful.

I want this, and a button to push that will serve me a cold beverage, and another for a snack. That way I'll never have to get up and move away from my computer.

/sarcasm off

Run the game in windowed mode and use the computer clock in the lower right. Hang a battery operated clock on the wall nearby. Wear a wristwatch. Get mommy to tell you the time every half hour.

Seriously ..... not needed!

What I would like to see is an in-game clock that's on Guild Wars time, that way all time zones in the world share the same in game time, it would make organising guild runs easier for guildies that live in different countries.

/signed and signed some more. Why this wasn't in at launch I'll never know. Games with the ability to suck up your time like this have had this feature going back at least a decade.

Also if i had a friend in England it would be 10:00am for him and it would be day time in the game
And what if both of you were in a party outside?
